Regulation in location views
Regulatory features are shown by default in the ‘region in detail‘ view. A legend indicates what the colours mean.

You can click on a regulatory feature to navigate to the regulation tab.
Multiple data tracks relating to gene regulation can be turned on by configuring the page. You can add feature activity in different cell types and methylation patterns in your view.
