Investigating a regulatory feature
To access the regulation tab (Figure 35), click on any ENSR ID on the Ensembl website. The Regulation tab shows a summary across all the cell lines in the context of genes in the surrounding genomic region.
Information about the activity of the regulatory feature in specific cell types is indicated in the ‘Summary of Regulatory Activity’ table below.
