Investigating gene regulation
The regulation tab allows an in-depth look at regulatory features based on epigenetic data. For more information about the regulatory features, see ‘Exploring sources of biological data’.
Regulatory features are visible in the region in detail view. They can also be explored in more detail through the regulatory tab (Video 13).
We will explore:
- Find regulatory features in a location
- Exploring a regulatory feature
- Activity by cell type
- Evidence for regulatory activity
