Physiology	Thymus-specific serine peptidase is a serine peptidase that is reported to be expressed exclusively in cortical thymic epithelial cells of the thymus (Cheunsuk et al., 2005).
Knockout	Mice deficient in thymus-specific serine peptidase develop normally, are fertile, and show normal thymic morphology, cellularity, and anatomy (Cheunsuk et al., 2005).
