Prepare to migrate BioModels to Kubernetes deployment

  1. Completed the setup up to deploy BioModels on Web Production Kubernetes
  2. Succeeded in deploying a testing version of BioModels on Web Production Kubernetes

BioModels Parameters Improvements

  1. Redesigned the tabular view of parameters
  2. Fixed data extractor and reindexed data

Revamp Home Page

  1. Redesign the entire home page using the concepts of columns layout.
  2. Implement blocks as widgets to ease maintainability
  3. Create D3js charts to plot statistical data about Modelling Approaches, Organisms and Journals
  4. Cache data for the widgets on Redis Server to speed loading the page

Bug Fixes

  1. Cannot update the publication link via the publication editor
  2. Missing the Save button on the publication editor
