The PDBe team will be involved as part of the virtual EMBL bioinformatics course for EMBL predocs on Wednesday 23 November 2022, 09:00 – 12:00 (GMT). This course is open only to participants of the EMBL International PhD Programme.

Sameer Velankar will give a talk on “A new era in (structural) biology: The impact of structure prediction using AI methods”, while David Armstrong will give a session on “Introduction to PDBe, PDB-KB and AlphaFold”. These sessions will be followed by a Q&A and knowledge exchange.
