Announcement

We are happy to announce CAPRI Round 64, with 9 targets, all antigen/antibody.

 

Round 64 will feature 3 sets of targets and 2 sets of deadlines.

T318,T319,T320 are 3 antibodies binding Major Histocompability Complex proteins. Note that, as in many of these systems, a small peptide is present. You are free to model it (as poly-Ala), but it will not be included in the assessment.

T321,T322 are 2 antibodies binding to the Receptor Binding domain of Coronavirus OC43 spike protein.

T323,T324,T325 are three conformationally selective antibodies binding to human Aminopeptidase.

T326 is a sugar-binding antibody.

 

T318-T322 run from mid-February to mid-March; T323-T326 frun from mid-March to mid-April.
