Announcement

We are announcing the launch of CAPRI Round 42, with two x-ray structures of host-pathogen protein-protein hetero complexes of the cell adhesion protein CEACAM1 from human, with respectively, the cell adhesion proteins HopQ Type I, and HopQ Type II. 

These targets are offered by Prof. Han Remaut (the Free University of Brussels, and the Vlaamse Institute voor Biotechnologie). 

Detailed target information will be available when the prediction Round opens. 

Please take note that the prediction timelines for this Round are particularly short in order to accommodate the authors’ publication schedule. There remains a remote possibility that the timelines may be extended to allow running the scoring challenge. Predictors are therefore requested to submit 100 models at the prediction deadline, as usual.
