Announcement

We are announcing the launch of CAPRI Round 43 with T133 (one target), offered by Ravit Metzer and Sarel Fleishman from the Weizmann Institute, Israel.

This target represents a re-designed version of the Colicin E2 DNase-Im2 complex where both components have been redesigned at the level of the sequence, backbone conformation and, rigid body orientation, relative to the wild type complex. A high-resolution x-ray structure, and binding affinity measurements confirm the successful design.
