Target T45 is a set of 87 protein-protein complexes designed by Sarel Fleishman and David Baker (University of Washington). The experiment is for scoring only. As explained by Sarel and David, the aim is to compare the scores of the designed complexes to those of Docking Benchmark 3.0 of Z. Weng and collaborators (Mintseris et al. 2005 Proteins 60:214; Hwang et al. 2008 Proteins 73, 705).
We remind CAPRI participants that this information and the coordinates must be kept confidential until published by the authors.
