ArrayExpress interface now retired

From 30 September:

• New data will only be added to the BioStudies ArrayExpress collection of functional genomics data

• The ArrayExpress homepage (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress) has been redirected to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/arrayexpress.
• The experiment pages have been redirected to the corresponding study pages in BioStudies.
• The access control tool for submitters has been deactivated.

What this means for you:

• If you wish to submit functional genomics data to EMBL-EBI, please activate your BioStudies account to view your private data and get links for reviewers. From 30 September 2022, you can also use this account to do post-submission changes (i.e. update release dates or add publication records).
  Note that Annotare will continue to serve as the submission tool, no change here. 
• If you are using the ArrayExpress API for programmatic access, update your processes to use the new endpoints.
