Oana coordinates EMBL-EBI's strategic communications, content production, media relations and exhibitions. Before joining EMBL-EBI, Oana spent several years as an Account Manager at engineering and science PR agency Stone Junction. There, she designed and implemented integrated communications campaigns for clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, engineering and technology sectors.
Oana holds an MA in Communication, Culture and Media from Coventry University and a BA in Communication and Public Relations from the National School of Political Science and Public Administration in Bucharest, Romania.
