Reactome releases knowledgebase version 53

Reactome knowledgebase 53 features updates to signal transduction pathways, new immune system and disease pathways, revised topics and new pathway illustrations.

Reactome is a free, open-source, curated and peer reviewed pathway database. Our goal is to provide intuitive bioinformatics tools for the visualisation, interpretation and analysis of pathway knowledge to support basic research, genome analysis, modeling, systems biology and education. Version 53 of Reactome, released on 2 July 2015. features updates to signal transduction pathways, new immune system and disease pathways, revised topics and new pathway illustrations.
