Overview: The participants will learn how to process liquid chromatography (LC)-mass spectrometry (MS) data using the mzmine software. The session will walk through the setup of the mzwizard and how to derive optimal settings from the raw data. Annotations will be generated by spectral library matching and features will be grouped into molecular networks.
