We are aligning sequencing and imaging workflows to make spatial transcriptomics data easier to share, find, compare, and reuse.

We are currently in Phase 1.

Phase 1: Minimal portal

Launch a simple static site with clear access routes, submission guidance, FAQs, and contact details.

Phase 2: Curated showcase

Add highlighted sequencing and imaging datasets with lightweight filtering and interactive visualisation of images and gene expression patterns that works without downloads.

Phase 3: Shared metadata tools

Publish schema documentation, validators, and worked examples; generate schema‑compliant showcase metadata.

Phase 4: Joint search

Index curated metadata to enable cross‑modality search and test the schema at scale.

Phase 5: Joint submission

Introduce a single submission flow once the shared schema is stable and tested.
