This resource is maintained jointly by the BioImage Archive and Functional Genomics teams. We are aligning our technical workflows to bridge the gap between sequencing-based and imaging-based spatial transcriptomics methods.

Scope
Currently this portal covers:
- Sequencing-based ST: Methods identifying transcripts with spatial coordinates (e.g. Visium).
- Imaging-based ST: Methods visualising transcripts in situ (e.g. MERFISH, Xenium).
