The Web Development team serves as a central advisory body, providing strategic guidance and expertise in web development, user experience (UX), and web design to the service teams and research groups of EMBL-EBI. Additionally, the team leads the adoption of IT Service Management (ITSM), spearheading initiatives and leveraging the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service delivery.
