Read data through Globus GridFTP

Read data can now be downloaded using Globus GridFTP through the ebi#ena Globus Online public endpoint. The directory structure is identical to the FTP and Aspera services at ftp.sra.ebi.ac.uk and fasp.sra.ebi.ac.uk. Further information about the directory structure is available here.
