Tempura is a server that allows for specific templates to be generated from a submitted structure. These templates can then be scanned against a non-redundant subset of the PDB, a list of PDBcodes or an individual structure.
This server is particularly useful for proteins with few sequence homologues where the calculation of residue conservation is difficult, or where there is experimental evidence to suggest particular residues are important to function ...more
Secondary Structure Matching (SSM) service for comparing and aligning 3D protein structures; search for structures that are similar to that of a reference protein, and visualise sumperimposed structures. This service replaces DALI service at the EBI.
Browse, list and analyse the structural knowledge embodied in the PDB based on classification systems that are familiar and intuitive to molecular biologists, biochemists and other life scientists.
Tempura is a function prediction tool and local structural comparison
service. It uses the "reverse template" approach published as part of
the ProFunc server but has been modified to allow the user to specify
the amino acids to be used in the template generation process.

The EBI ReLiBase mirror (http://relibase.ebi.ac.uk/) was phased out in
January, 2008. However, the up-to-date version of this service is still
available from the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC) at
