The EBI has a developed and maintained a number of genome related databases.

Database	Description
ENA Genomes Server	Overview of all complete genomes deposited in the European Nucleotide Archive
Ensembl	Ensembl is a joint project between EMBL - EBI and the Sanger Institute to develop a software system which produces and maintains automatic annotation on selected eukaryotic genomes.
Ensembl Genomes	Ensembl Genomes is a sister project for Ensembl, that provides access to genomes of non-vertebrate species (bacteria, protists, fungi, plants and invertebrate metazoa).
Karyn's Genomes	A collection and brief description of some of the available sequenced genomes, why they are important for sequencing, links to the sequences, publication data and further reading.
