Samples tabThe Samples tab of CcpNmr ECI can be used to add the sample information pertaining to your various NMR experiments. In the top frame, you can add overall sample information: name, sample state, solvent system and details. For example, you may have used a variety of samples or sample batches to obtain your assignments including various ligand concentrations, different solvents (such as 100% D2O for 2D NOESY information) or different labelling schemes. In the bottom frame, There is a button to automatically add components for all the polymers in your "MolSystem" and another button to add other components one at a time such as NaCl. For all components, you can specify concentration, error and unit. There is also a drop down for the most common isotopic labelling schemes or you can choose a custom value with the "Other" option at the bottom of the list.
