Validation and Submission information pageContentsOn these AutoDep pages, you can validate and submit your deposition.Validation pageIt will take a few moments to do the validation of your structure and produce a short report about the structural aspects of your deposition. 
The Validation page. After validation, your edits will be locked as shown in the navigation side bar on the left. Report pageSelect the "AutoDep Report" link in the left side bar to view a short report describing aspects of your structure including geometry and stereochemistry information on the AutoDep Report page. If the validation completes correctly, you will need to check the report that it provides. At this stage, it is also possible to go back and edit changes to your submission if you do not accept the report.

Submission pageIf you accept the report, you can submit your deposition to PDBe providing you accept and agree to the current wwPDB Processing Procedures. At this stage, it is still possible to go back and edit changes to your submission if you decide not to submit your deposition. 
The Submission page. Here you can check the wwPDB Processing Procedures before you deposit your structure for curation. At this point you will be awarded a PDB accession code. After submitting your depositionFollowing submission to PDBe, your deposition will be awarded a PDB accession code. Annotation of your submission will begin and as part of this process the data will be forwarded to the BMRB for an ADIT-NMR submission where the NMR data can be curated. |
