Sequence page

This AutoDep page is for the details of any polymeric molecules including the polymer type, sequence, name and any possible database cross references in UniProt, GenBank, etc. There is a choice to say if you have sequence conflicts between the atoms in your structure compared with the database cross references. Finally you can specify any modified or non-standard residues in any of your polymers.

The top section of this page will be completed for you if you have a "MolSystem" in your CCPN project. Database references for each polymer can also be added on this page.
