NMR Deposition @ AutoDepOn this page, help is provided for the CCPN-based deposition system to the PDB. The first link below gives an overview of how the new CCPN-based deposition system works. This is then followed by pages for each of the three main applications used in the CCPN/PDB deposition pipeline. The first software is called CcpNmr ECI, which is a desktop application that uses the CCPN framework for editing the data and meta-data that you wish to submit (Download help).
