Help with the Allele Query Tool
The Allele Query Tool provides advanced query interface allowing users to generate customizable queries to the IPD-NHKIR database.
Two query options are currently available: the query tab allows to quickly search for the IPD-NHKIR database by allele current name or previous nomenclature, while the advanced tab allows to create customisable queries using most of the fields available on the IPD-NHKIR database. This help page will explain the main features of the advanced query tab.
