Fully Sequenced KIR Haplotypes

The graphic below illustrates the gene compostion of a number of fully sequenced KIR haplotypes. Where possible the alleles sequenced at the genes are also listed. The allele designations will be displayed if you hover the mouse over the gene of interest. Clicking on the gene of interest will also take you to the entry page for the allele listed. Some genes are only partially sequenced and for these an allele designation is not provided. Clicking on the Source name will take you to the Cell Directory entry for the Haplotype source. The nomenclature for KIR haplotypes has not yet been implemented and the entry in the Hap. column uses a local designation for describing the haplotypes listed.
