Welcome to the IPD-IMGT/HLA Submission Tool!

The IPD-IMGT/HLA Database Submission Tool allows direct submission of sequences to the WHO HLA Nomenclature Committee for Factors of the HLA System. Once accepted the submitted sequence will be stored in the database and appear in quarterly releases of the database.

This tool has recently been re-developed to improve user experience and validation. If you have any issues, feedback or suggestions please contact   IPD Support.

To begin a new submission please provide your IPD Submitter ID and a registered email. To obtain a new Submitter ID please go to our Registration page, or to register a new email to an existing Submitter ID please go to Add New E-mail.
