ENA Study Registration
Welcome to the ENA Study registration tool.
IPD now supports brokering of submissions between IPD-IMGT/HLA and the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA). This means submitters can make a single submission to IPD-IMGT/HLA without the need to have submitted to ENA first.
The first step is to register an ENA study with IPD. Please complete the following form to create a new study. You will then be provided with an ENA study accession which you can use to submit your sequence data.
An ENA study accession allows you to group related submissions in a single study. Many submissions can be made to a single ENA study accession. If you have multiple studies, you can register multiple ENA study accessions with your IPD submitter ID.
