Local Name: Local designation of the sequence in your lab. Should not resemble official nomenclature.
IPD-IMGT/HLA Database Release Policy
The IPD-IMGT/HLA Database publishes new sequences in our quarterly releases in January, April, July, and October. We recommend releasing data as soon as possible for the benefit of the HLA community. If you would like to keep your sequence confidential in the upcoming release, please select the checkbox below. We will keep sequences confidential for a maximum of one release, or until they are public in EMBL-ENA/GenBank/DDBJ or published in a journal

INSDC Database
It is a requirement for all IPD-IMGT/HLA submissions to be stored in a public sequence repository under the International Nucleotide Sequence Data Collaboration. IPD-IMGT/HLA can now broker submissions to the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) on your behalf. To do this you must first register an ENA study accession.

INSDC Database
