The HLA Dictionary Tool

The IPD-IMGT/HLA Database allows you to retrieve information from the HLA Dictionary. The 2008 report of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) data dictionary presents serologic equivalents of HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1, -DRB3, -DRB4, -DRB5, and -DQB1 alleles. Please see our help pages for documentation on the use of this tool. To select additional fields please add from the dropdown on the Display Fields tab.

Please note: information from the HLA Dictionary is included as of publication in 2008 and allele expression may have changed.
