The Human Resources (HR) team led by Sihem Bennour,  supports EMBL-EBI’s missions by delivering quality people services to the organisation and its employees.

What we do?

The human resources team:

  • supports EMBL-EBI with all aspects of candidate attraction, selection and onboarding,    
  • provides professional HR partnering and administrative services for managers and staff,
  • ensures remuneration and benefits services,
  • works collaboratively across the organisation on HR development projects

The human resources team

The HR team consists of the HR Partnering and Operations team, Recruitment team, HR Systems and Payroll specialist and Career development specialist. Visit the members page.
