Crystal Structure of Spinach Ribulose-1,5-Bisphosphate Carboxylase/Oxygenase (Rubisco) Complexed with CO2, Mg2+ and 2-Carboxyarabinitol-1,5-Bisphosphate

The structure was published by Mizohata, E., Matsumura, H., Okano, Y., et al., Inoue, T., Yokota, A., and Kai, Y., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Crystal structure of activated ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase from green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii complexed with 2-carboxyarabinitol-1,5-bisphosphate." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2001.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
