PDBeFold FAQs

While most users seem to be happy with the results they get from PDBeFold, there are instances when the results appear confusing. That, certainly, could well be an PDBeFold's problem, and we encourage everyone not to hesitate to report it even if you are not completely sure whose fault is that. The experience shows, however, that most confusion arise due to very ordinary reasons, and this section is intended to highlight those. We hope that this can save your time, should you find that your problem was already reported by someone else.

This section is based solely on feedback from PDBeFold users, therefore, once again, please feel free to contact us if you find that PDBeFold delivers not what you expect.
