Depositing your annotated segmentation into EMPIAR

You now have an annotated EMDB-SFF file. Depending on the size and file format of the file you can verify that all annotations are preserved as follows:

sff notes list --header file.hff

This will display the EMDB-SFF header together with a list of all the segments.

To deposit your segmentation, upload it through the EMPIAR deposition pages.
