Crystal Structure of the human PXR-LBD in complex with an SRC-1 coactivator peptide and SR12813

The structure was published by Watkins, R.E., Davis-Searles, P.R., Lambert, M.H., and Redinbo, M.R., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Coactivator binding promotes the specific interaction between ligand and the pregnane X receptor" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
