Example: 
Problem: 
We need to display the name of the Service or Tool
Solution: 
Simply markup the #local-title in the following way: <div class="grid_12 alpha" id="local-title"> <h1><a href="[service-url]" title="Back to [service-name] homepage">[service-name]</a></h1> </div>
Usage: 
Use this when you don't have a logo and you simply want to display the name of your Service or Tool in the standard font. The HTML above assumes that you also have a local search box.
