Browse search
If you aren’t interested in searching for a particular protein sequence or text, the browse search (Figure 26) allows you to search through InterPro for a list of InterPro entries, member database signatures, proteins, structures, species, proteomes or clan/sets corresponding to selected criteria. While the search is processing or an InterPro page is loading data, the InterPro logo is moving.
