Submitting content to Europe PMC
Submitting content to Europe PMC
The funding agencies that support Europe PMC request that their researchers deposit their final, peer-reviewed manuscripts to Europe PMC in order to meet their Open Access policies. To facilitate this process, we have developed a submission system: Europe PMC plus. Authors can submit their manuscripts in a wide range of electronic word-processing formats, which are then converted to XML and displayed in Europe PMC in three forms: abstract, HTML full-text, and PDF.
If you are funded by one of the Europe PMC funders and publish your article in an Open Access journal, or in the Open Access track of a subscription-based journal, then your article may automatically be deposited in Europe PMC by the publisher on your behalf. Alternatively, you may need to specify that you would like the publisher to do this during submission, or even deposit the final article yourself using Europe PMC plus.
