            "sample-desc": "Anguil sampling site (-36* 35' 31.56\", -63* 57' 31.05\") is located in an area with entic haplustolls soils. Mean annual precipitation and temperature are 760 mm and 15.3 *C. Sampling was performed on September 2011 and wheat was recently planted in all plots under agricultural management. Rhizospheric soil from wheat plants in one plot under no-till farming (NT) during 4 years and more that 15 years under agricultural treatment were sampled. Sampling was performed on three different distant areas within the only plot available for this treatment (12 ha) and were considered as independent plots. Plants and surrounding soil were taken with a shovel and sent to the lab where soil loosely attached to roots was disaggregated with gloved hands and finally soils attached to roots were obtained by brush scrapping.
