            "sample-desc": "Anguil sampling site (-36* 35' 31.56\", -63* 57' 31.05\") is located in an area with entic haplustolls soils. Mean annual precipitation and temperature are 760 mm and 15.3 *C. Sampling was performed on September 2011. Two plots covered by weeping lovegrass (Eragrostis curvula) for the last 60 years and one other plot covered by herbaceous non-woody plants typical from the area were sampled as No Agriculture (NA) control. Bulk soils were obtained with an auger from the upper 20 cm soil layer, from 20 randomly selected spots within an area of ~500 m2 for each plot. Replicates for each plot were then pooled together and sent to the lab for further processing. Soil samples were stored at -80*C until processing. Total DNA was obtained from all bulk samples using PowerSoil DNA isolation kit from MoBio.",
