            "sample-desc": "Anguil sampling site (-36* 35' 31.56\", -63* 57' 31.05\") is located in an area with entic haplustolls soils. Mean annual precipitation and temperature are 760 mm and 15.3 *C. Sampling was performed on September 2011 and wheat was recently planted in all plots under agricultural management. Three different plots under conventional tillage (CT) for the last 60 years were sampled. Bulk soils were obtained from CT sampling sites with an auger from the upper 20 cm soil layer, from 20 randomly selected spots within an area of ~500 m2 for each plot. Replicates for each plot were then pooled together and sent to the lab for further processing. Total DNA was obtained from all bulk using PowerSoil DNA isolation kit from MoBio.",
