            "sample-desc": "Anguil sampling site (-36* 35' 31.56\", -63* 57' 31.05\") is located in the Middle-West Argentinean Pampas, an area with entic haplustolls soils. Mean annual precipitation and temperature are 760 mm and 15.3 *C. Sampling was performed on September 2011 and wheat was recently planted in all plots under agricultural management. Three different distant areas within one 12 ha plot under no-till farming (NT) during 4 years and more that 15 years under agricultural treatment were sampled. Bulk soils were obtained from NT sampling sites with an auger from the upper 20 cm soil layer, from 20 randomly selected spots on each of the three selected areas considered as independent samples. Replicates for each plot were then pooled together and sent to the lab for further processing. Soil samples were stored at -80*C until processing. Total DNA was obtained from all bulk using PowerSoil DNA isolation kit from MoBio.",
