            "sample-desc": "The Jundiai river begins at Serra Chata in Sitio Novo, Rio Grande do Norte - BR. Jundiai is one of the main tributary of Potengi river. Throughout its route, between the upper and middle course, the river is characterized by its  intermittent drainage, where salinity can exceed four times the salinity of the sea. In its lower course nearby Macaiba-RN, it is characterized as perennial because it receives input from the tides,  known as estuary-Potengi-Jundiai. The sampling points are found in open area, rough terrain and with the direct incidence of sunlight. The soil is moist, compact, dark colored and covered with thin layers of salt.",
