The sample material was collected in the marine biome (ENVO:00000447) targeting a layer of marine sediment (ENVO:00002113), 5-10 cm below the seabed surface. The sample material was not-size-fractionated, packaged in a ziplock bag labelled REDSEA_Site3_CT5_5_10, with no addition of chemical, stored in a freezer (-80degC), and sent to Ifremer, S�te, France. This sample may be used for metabarcoding analysis.",
