Fluorescence intensities associated with individual nuclei were measured and normalized to scrambled control siRNA. The impact of each siRNA was displayed by ranking the data based on their z-score. The Z score was calculated using the following equation Z =(X- m)/s where X is the sample intensity (raw score), m is the mean of the population and s is the standard deviation of the population.
