DefinitionA lysophosphatidylcholine in which the remaining acyl group contains 17 carbons and 1 double bond. If R1 is acyl and R2 is a hydrogen then the molecule is a 1-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine. If R1 is a hydrogen and R2 is acyl then the molecule is a 2-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine.
