ChEBI IDCHEBI:73157
ChEBI Namethaliandiol
Stars
DefinitionA tricyclic triterpenoid obtained by monohydroxylation of thalianol using thalianol hydroxylase. The exact position and stereochemistry of the additional hydroxy group has not been established but GC-MS ionisation data suggest that the hydroxylation takes place at one of four available carbons in rings B or C (denoted by R groups in the diagram).
