DefinitionA secondary carboxamide resulting from the formal condensation of the amino group of 4-(pyridin-3-yl)aniline with the carboxy group of [4-(2-methylpyridin-4-yl)phenyl]acetic acid. It is a highly potent inhibitor of porcupine (IC50 = 74 pM), a member of the membrane-bound O-acyltransferase family.
