DefinitionA member of the class of isoxazoles that is 1,2-oxazole substituted by 3-chlorophenyl and 6-[(carboxymethyl)carbamoyl]-5-hydroxypyridin-3-yl groups at positions 3 and 5, respectively. It is a potent inhibitor of factor inhibiting HIF (FIH) and a potential treatment for obesity.
