DefinitionA benzoxazine that is 2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one substituted by a hydroxy group at position 5 and a 2-{[2-(cyclohexyl{N-[2-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)ethyl]-β-alanyl}amino)ethyl]amino}ethyl group at position 8. It is a potent and selective inhibitor of SMYD2.
